Job Title : Manager - CSR Projects (Technical & Operations)

Experience : 5 to 10 Years

Location : Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and execute CSR projects across infrastructure and community development initiatives.
  
• Monitor project progress timelines budgets and ensure successful project delivery.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams implementation partners consultants and external stakeholders.
  
• Track project milestones prepare MIS reports dashboards and project documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations governance standards and reporting requirements.
  
• Support project planning budgeting and execution of infrastructure and non-infrastructure CSR initiatives.
  
• Conduct site visits monitor project quality and resolve operational challenges.
  
• Prepare presentations project reports and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes reporting and operational efficiency.
  
• Maintain effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  
• MSW degree/diploma is preferred in addition to an engineering qualification.
  
• Experience in CSR projects sustainability initiatives or development sector programs is preferred.
  
• Strong project coordination execution and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Knowledge of CSR compliance governance and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
  
• Experience in infrastructure project management execution and reporting.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint dashboards and project documentation.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation abilities.
  
• Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a collaborative environment.
