Job Summary
MANAGE ENGINE DEVELOPER:
A ManageEngine Developer is responsible for implementing customizing and automating enterprise IT workflows using ManageEngine products (such as ServiceDesk Plus Endpoint Central or OpManager). They write custom scripts build API integrations and automate operational tasks to optimize IT service delivery and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation: Design and build custom functions workflow rules and automated business processes to eliminate manual IT and operational tasks.
- System Integration: Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations connecting ManageEngine platforms with third-party enterprise tools.
- Customization: Customize the platforms UI templates and modules (Incident Problem Change and Asset Management) to suit specific organizational needs.
- Reporting & Dashboards: Build advanced custom SQL-based reports and dashboards for leadership to track KPIs and SLAs.
- System Administration: Manage user roles profiles permissions and Active Directory or Azure AD integrations within the ManageEngine environment.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform performance issues data inconsistencies and user concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in platform-specific scripting (such as Deluge script) and general web technologies including XML HTML CSS AJAX and JavaScript.
- API & Web Services: Solid understanding of system integration using REST and SOAP web services.
- ITSM Framework: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL best practices (Incident Change and Problem Management).
- Database Management: Experience querying and managing databases with SQL.
- Qualifications: Bachelor of Technology () Computer Science or a related IT degree. Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL Foundation) are highly preferred.
