Role : Logistics executive OBL

1. Dispatch Planning & Execution
Plan daily/weekly dispatch based on:
- Sales orders / dispatch schedule
- Production readiness
Coordinate with production for vehicle readiness & loading sequence
2. Documentation & Dispatch Compliance
Ensure accuracy of:
Invoice
E-way bill
LR/GR
Packing list
Verify dispatch documentation before vehicle release
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
3. Transporter / Vendor Coordination
Daily coordination with transporters for:
Vehicle placement
Dispatch priorities
Resolve operational issues quickly
Provide feedback to commercial team on:
Vendor performance
Capacity gaps
4. Issue Handling & Escalation
- Dispatch delays
- Vehicle shortages
- Documentation errors
- Escalate critical issues to management
- Ensure quick resolution to avoid customer impact
5. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily reports:
- Dispatch plan vs actual
- Vehicle placement status
- Track:
- OTD performance
- Dispatch volume
- Share weekly/monthly reports with management
6. Customer / Dealer Coordination
Coordinate with dealers/customers for:
Delivery schedules
- Special dispatch requirements
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Handle delivery-related complaints
