• 9 years of hands-on experience as a seasoned software engineer with a proven history of delivering high-impact multi-team technical projects with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in C# and C including hands-on experience with VC and MFC building enterprise-scale software applications.
• Demonstrated experience debugging and troubleshooting complex large-scale on-premise software systems with a focus on performance reliability and stability.
• Experience working with both relational databases (PostgreSQL MySQL SQL Server or Oracle) and NoSQL data stores in production environments.
• Experience developing production-quality RESTful APIs and Microservices with a focus on scalability maintainability and robustness.
• Familiarity building cloud-native applications using Docker and Kubernetes while supporting hybrid and on-premises deployment models.
• Comprehensive understanding of data structures algorithms and complexity analysis with the ability to apply them effectively to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Strong problem-solving skills demonstrating creativity technical insight and sound engineering judgment in navigating ambiguity and technical complexity.
• Solid grasp of software design principles architectural patterns coding best practices and the development of well-tested maintainable high-quality software.
• Advanced knowledge of multi-threading concurrency memory management and query processing with an emphasis on building high-performance systems.
• Strong focus on ensuring application scalability availability reliability security and operational efficiency across distributed and on-premise environments.
• Resilience and adaptability in navigating changing business priorities evolving technology landscapes and organizational transformation.
• Deep understanding of testing strategies software quality engineering observability and long-term system health maintenance for complex enterprise applications.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive alignment across multiple engineering teams.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical discipline.

• Define and execute multi-year technical strategies that support business objectives and drive long-term platform evolution.
• Lead the design development and delivery of complex software systems using C# and C ensuring alignment with architectural standards and engineering best practices.
• Deliver large-scale high-impact projects while effectively managing technical complexity dependencies and ambiguity.
• Drive alignment across engineering teams and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives that maximize customer and business value.
• Exercise sound technical judgment to influence architecture decisions engineering roadmaps and technology investments.
• Build and maintain scalable performant and resilient software architectures that support both cloud-native and on-premise deployment models.
• Mentor and coach engineers across teams fostering technical excellence continuous learning and a culture of high performance.
• Champion engineering best practices related to code quality testing security maintainability observability and operational excellence.
• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs microservices and distributed systems that meet enterprise-scale requirements.
• Drive improvements in application performance through optimization of algorithms database interactions memory utilization and concurrent processing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management Architecture DevOps and Engineering leaders to balance technical trade-offs with customer value delivery.
• Anticipate technical risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Lead technical reviews architectural discussions and documentation efforts to ensure engineering consistency quality and knowledge sharing.
• Serve as a technical leader and role model by demonstrating innovation accountability collaboration and Moodys core values.
• Develop and communicate clear technical narratives that influence stakeholders build consensus and support effective decision-making across the organization.
