Skills and Competencies

• 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience delivering large-scale business-critical multi-team technology initiatives
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages including Java Scala C# C or Python with expertise in building scalable APIs and microservices
• Extensive experience with relational and NoSQL databases cloud-native development containerization and distributed systems
• Deep understanding of software architecture data structures algorithms performance optimization multi-threading and system reliability
• Proven ability to influence technical strategy mentor engineers drive organizational alignment and lead complex engineering programs
• Strong commitment to engineering excellence including testing scalability availability security observability and operational best practices

Education

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term technical strategies that align engineering priorities with business objectives and customer needs
• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale high-impact software systems while managing complexity and ambiguity
• Drive architectural decisions and establish scalable flexible solutions that support evolving business requirements
• Mentor and develop engineers across teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Partner with product and business stakeholders to balance technical trade-offs and maximize customer value
• Lead technical reviews influence strategic decisions proactively mitigate risks and ensure successful execution of critical initiatives
