Core Purpose of the Role:

Role Accountabilities

  • Operation and maintain utilities: Chillers Air Compressors Nitrogen Plants Brine Plants Cooling Towers Vacuum Pumps and Electrical Systems (LT/HT).
  • Ensure uninterrupted utility supply to API manufacturing blocks.
  • Plan and execute preventive breakdown and shutdown maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP QMS EHSS and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor utility performance energy consumption and drive optimization initiatives.
  • Manage vendors AMCs spares inventory and service contracts.
  • Engaging utility audits self-inspections and timely closure of observations.
  • Support installation commissioning qualification and upgrades of utility systems.
  • Maintain documentation logs SOPs and CMMS records.
  • Prepare & review of qualification protocols study reports and postmaintenance release of equipment.
  • Work on SAP system Trackwise system & EDMS system for creation and review.
  • Initiation of purchase requisitions and further follow up supply chain & vendors to get required materials on time.

Education

BE/ in degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.
