Lead Test Engineer

• Lead and mentor QA Engineers ensuring adherence to quality standards testing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Define and implement test strategies test plans and quality assurance processes across multiple applications and releases.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers Business Analysts Developers and Operations teams to ensure requirements are testable and meet business expectations.
• Drive test automation adoption improve regression coverage and optimize testing efficiency through modern QA tools and frameworks.
• Oversee functional integration performance security and user acceptance testing activities to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Monitor and report key quality metrics such as defect leakage test coverage automation coverage release readiness and production stability.
• Manage defect triage root cause analysis and quality governance activities to reduce recurring issues and improve overall product reliability.
• Support Agile delivery by participating in sprint planning backlog refinement risk assessments and release management activities while ensuring compliance with Eurofins quality standards.
