About the Role

Were looking for a Lead Product Analyst to help shape the future of our products through data-driven decision this role youll partner closely with Product Engineering Design and Leadership to uncover insights identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions. Youll play a key role in understanding user behavior measuring product performance and ensuring that product investments are backed by meaningful analysis.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive exceptional customer experiences and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Experimentation craft. Strong fundamentals in A/B testing hypothesis framing metric selection power analysis cohort-level lift analysis and disciplined readouts. Knows the difference between statistical and practical significance and is comfortable challenging poorly designed experiments.

• User-level behavioral insight. Reasons about individual user journeys not just aggregate metrics. Can identify meaningful behavioral archetypes from raw activity distinguish correlation from causation and connect what users do to what the product offers.

• Roadmap influence and opportunity sizing. Translates analysis into prioritized recommendations. Comfortable telling a PM this wont move the metric you care about before the work is built. Can size the financial impact of an opportunity and stack-rank it against other bets.

• Strong technical foundation. Expert in SQL on large datasets. Comfortable with Python for analysis and modeling. Fluent in BI tools (Tableau or equivalent). Comfortable with regression classification and basic ML for propensity LTV or churn prediction.

• Agentic AI fluency. Has a real point of view on AI tooling for analytics. Can prompt and orchestrate agents effectively design human-in-the-loop workflows and critically evaluate agent output. Treats agent output as a junior analysts first draft useful but always verified.

• Communication and executive presence. Writes for executives leads with the answer not the method. Can compress a complex analysis into a 3-bullet recommendation. Calibrated about uncertainty. Updates publicly when wrong.

• Domain judgment. Knows when to stop analyzing. Recognizes when 80% confidence with speed beats 95% confidence with delay. Pushes back on stakeholders constructively.

Key Competencies

• 6 years of analytics experience with at least 3 years in product analytics growth analytics or a closely related function.

• Demonstrated ownership of high-impact analyses that influenced a product roadmap or strategy decision.

• Hands-on experience designing and measuring product experiments at scale not just reading dashboards.

• Proven background in a transactional or two-sided marketplace product (gaming fintech e-commerce marketplaces). Experience with payment funnels or fraud analytics is strongly preferred.

• Strong SQL and BI background; Python or equivalent for analysis and modeling.

• Bonus: hands-on experience building or deploying agent-based or AI-augmented analytics workflows.

• Bonus: experience in skill-based gaming sports betting or real-money product environments.
