Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot React JS and Microsoft Azure to lead the design development and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-stack development microservices architecture Azure services CI/CD and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design development and deployment of full-stack enterprise applications.
Build and maintain cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
Develop scalable microservices REST APIs and responsive web applications using React JS.
Drive technical design discussions and enforce development best practices.
Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Collaborate with business architecture QA and product teams.
Monitor troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Ensure application security scalability reliability and operational excellence.

Proven experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
Strong understanding of cloud migration modernization and microservices transformation initiatives.
Ability to work closely with architects business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful project

Required Skills

8 years of experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in Java 11 Spring Boot Spring MVC Hibernate and Microservices Architecture.
Hands-on experience with React JS JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 and modern front-end frameworks.
Experience with Azure services including:
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
Azure Service Bus
Azure Blob Storage
Azure Key Vault
Azure DevOps

Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs design patterns cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with databases such as Azure SQL PostgreSQL MySQL Cosmos DB and Snowflake.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Good to Have

Experience with Kafka RabbitMQ or other event-driven messaging platforms.
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
Knowledge of Terraform Bicep ARM Templates or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Microsoft Azure Certifications:

AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
AZ-305: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
AZ-104: Azure Administrator Associate

Experience with Redux and front-end testing frameworks.
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

Strong understanding of cloud migration modernization and microservices transformation initiatives
