Job Description:

Hiring Mainframe Professional (69 Years Experience)
We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer professional with 69 years of experience to join our team and support mission-critical enterprise systems.
Location: Chennai / Bangalore
Experience: 69 years - Immediate joiners are preferred
Mandatory Skillset
Expertise in COBOL DB2 VSAM CICS JCL MVS Endeavor ISPF TSO CICS Control-M and basic IBM utilities
Good to Have
Knowledge of Microservices Architecture concepts and emerging patterns
Experience with APIs and Web Services (REST / SOAP) Core Java J2EE
Familiarity with Spring and Spring Boot
General Expectations
Good communication skills
Must be ready to work in 10:30 AM 8:30 PM shift
Flexible to work in client location Chennai / Bangalore
Must be ready to work from office in a Hybrid work environment (Full Remote is not an option) Expect full return to office in 2026
Notice Period
Notice period should be 4 weeks or less
Immediate joiners are preferred
Key Responsibilities
Develop enhance test and support Mainframe applications to ensure stability and performance of business critical systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex Mainframe programs demonstrating strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Maintain and support systems in the MVS Mainframe environment ensuring compliance with operational standards.
Actively participate in an Agile delivery model contributing to sprint planning development and continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver aligned solutions.
Ensure high quality timely delivery of solutions in accordance with defined project timelines and service expectations.
