Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst - Telecom with Salesforce to drive product requirements and guide Agile delivery within a Fiber application stream. You will align stakeholders run Scrum ceremonies and partner with engineering QA and product to deliver features through build test and on-time release. Responsibilities
- Gather and consolidate stakeholder input to define and refine requirements
- Maintain a clear and consistent scope definition across the full program
- Create and keep up to date program and project documentation used for governance and delivery
- Collaborate with software engineers QA product managers and other engineering teams to move features through build test and on-time release
- Facilitate Scrum Master activities by tracking schedules surfacing risks and communicating issues to stakeholders
- Own release plans and key milestones to sustain high velocity in a fast-paced environment
- Provide hands-on software development and project management support coordinating cross-functionally and managing inter/intra team communications to deliver program results
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a technical discipline or equivalent hands-on experience
- 8 years of overall IT experience including 5 years in Business Analysis emerging technologies or related technical areas
- Solid background in software development and leading end-to-end program execution across multiple engineering teams
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
- Deep understanding of Agile software development approaches
- Proven ability as a Scrum Master running development sprints
- English proficiency of at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate) to communicate effectively
Nice to have
- Background in Network Engineering
- Familiarity with OSS
- Understanding of Salesforce (core clouds)
- Qualifications in Software Engineering
- Ability to resolve problems in fast-paced constantly changing environments while collaborating cross-functionally in highly integrated teams of technical and non-technical members
- Skill in explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences with strong verbal and written communication
