Job Summary
Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting ensure SLA compliance analyse system performance trends and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities | Roles & Responsibilities Experience 8 to 12 yrs Gather Windows 11 Image requirements from customer considering business functional and technical requirements. Design Build and rollout Windows 11 SOE on par with industry standards for all the versions in the environment. Understands well both local and group policy. Good hardware knowledge. Knowledge on custom scripts using vbs cmd batch Powershell. Review test custom scripts as per the requirements. Responsible for image Online and Offline service. Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively. Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built. Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off. Hands on experience on DISM MDT ADK and SCCM and industry standard SOE and Imaging tools. Expertise on Windows 11 and related technologies. Good Understanding on Windows features settings registries services. & end user computing tools. Ability to provide recommendations wherever required. |
Technical Skill Set | Technical Skills Required Windows 11 Operating System. Windows 11 SOE and various methods of building and managing the SOE. MDT SCCM DISM tools etc. Image build & test from scratch troubleshooting skills image modifications (driver / file injection etc.) Task sequence creation and customization. Deployment tools viz. SCCM MDT etc. Active Directory Local policy and GPO Good knowledge in VB scripting CMD Batch and PowerShell scripting. Ability to provide insights for all the End user computing tools |
