Landscape Modeller

We are looking for a skilled Landscape Modeler with 23 years of relevant experience in commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate landscape models preparing drawings and documentation and coordinating with architects landscape designers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the successful delivery of project requirements.

• Develop detailed landscape BIM models using Revit AutoCAD or other relevant software.
• Prepare landscape plans layouts hardscape softscape planting plans and detailed drawings.
• Develop 3D models and coordinate landscape elements with Architectural Structural and MEP disciplines.
• Assist in identifying and resolving design and coordination issues.
• Prepare drawings schedules details and documentation as per project requirements.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and BIM requirements.
• Coordinate with landscape architects architects engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support the team in resolving technical issues.
• Review models and drawings for accuracy completeness and quality.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned modeling and documentation tasks.

Additional Information :

• Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture Architecture or a related field.
• 23 years of relevant experience in landscape modeling and documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant BIM/modeling software such as Revit.
• Knowledge of 3D modeling and BIM coordination processes.
• Good understanding of landscape design elements including hardscape softscape planting and site development.
• Experience working on commercial projects such as hotels hospitals offices retail mixed-use developments or large-scale developments is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
