Job Description: L2 AI / ML Developer / Engineer
1. Objective
The role requires 7 L2 AI / ML Developer / Engineer resources for
development testing integration and support of AI-based solutions for
customer applications and operations. The resources will support AI use
cases relating to IT 2.0 / APT applications fraud risk management
helpdesk automation analytics monitoring document processing
knowledge management and decision-support systems.

Primary Responsibility Development testing integration and L2 support of AI / ML solutions
3. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop AI / ML models for identified use cases of customer.
2. Work on data collection cleaning preprocessing feature
engineering and exploratory data analysis.
3. Develop and test machine learning models for classification
prediction anomaly detection clustering recommendation and risk
scoring.
4. Support Natural Language Processing use cases such as text
classification summarisation semantic search chatbot support
grievance classification and knowledge assistant development.
5. Develop APIs for AI / ML model integration with existing
applications and microservices.
6. Work on Generative AI use cases including document summarisation
SOP search RAG-based knowledge systems and internal productivity
tools.
7. Support integration of AI models with APT / IT 2.0 applications
dashboards helpdesk systems and monitoring platforms.
8. Prepare scripts notebooks reusable code components and model
testing reports.
9. Assist in model validation accuracy testing performance
optimisation and bug fixing.
10. Provide L2-level production support for deployed AI / ML solutions.
11. Prepare technical documentation deployment notes user guides and
SOPs.
12. Coordinate with application development database DevOps security
testing and domain teams.
4. Required Technical Skills
- Python programming and good software development practices.
- Machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn TensorFlow
PyTorch Keras XGBoost or equivalent.
- Data handling using Pandas NumPy and SQL.
- Database knowledge such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle / MongoDB /
Elasticsearch.
- API development using FastAPI / Flask / Django or equivalent.
- NLP embeddings semantic search chatbots and text analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI LLM integration and prompt
engineering.
- Exposure to vector databases RAG pipelines and model evaluation.
- Linux Git Docker and basic CI/CD knowledge.
- Dashboarding / visualisation tools such as Power BI Grafana
Kibana Streamlit or Dash.
5. Experience and Qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in AI / ML data
science software development or analytics projects.
- Essential Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT
/ Electronics / AI / Data Science / Engineering or equivalent.
- Desirable: Certification in AI / ML / Data Science / Cloud /
Cybersecurity.
