# Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations for key clients.
* Coordinate shipments pickups and deliveries.
* Handle customer queries and maintain good client relationships.
* Resolve delivery issues delays and escalations.
* Support billing documentation and payment follow-ups.
* Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
* Coordinate with internal teams warehouses and courier partners.
#Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
* Good knowledge of *MS Excel/Google Sheets*.
* Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks.
* Customer-focused and responsible attitude.
