Site Overview:

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components supporting not only Indias defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach continue to shape Indias aerospace ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of new tools jigs and fixtures based on engineering specifications and production requirements.
  • Support the modification and improvement of existing tools and fixtures to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Conduct basic analysis of tool and fixture performance identifying areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and manufacturing teams to understand tooling needs and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of tool designs specifications and maintenance records.
  • Participate in the inspection and quality control of manufactured tools and fixtures.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within the manufacturing facility.
  • Assist in the procurement and inventory management of tooling components.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Candidate having sound knowledge in Tool & fixtures with good knowledge of GD&T

Required Qualification:

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferably with exposure to tooling.
  • Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g. AutoCADUNGX).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as machining fabrication and assembly.
  • Familiarity with various types of tools jigs and fixtures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
