Jr. Manager NPM-CAPEX Purchase(On Contract)

Your Contribution

• Search for competitive and reliable Indirect Suppliers for plants
• Sending RFQ and Follow up for quotes.
• Create Supplier Decision Sheet and POs for selected Vendors.
• Conduct Spend Analysis.
• Permanently monitor their performance to be able to keep a very reliable service and performance from these vendors.
• Bring Savings to MAHLE by choosing and selecting those competitive suppliers and guarantee their permanent commitment to meet MAHLEs Standards.
• Generate Monthly MIS and KPI tracker.
• Ensure master data accuracy.
• Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines
• Ensure transparency on costs and negotiations
• Daily timesheet recording
• NPM/CAPEX Process Adherence
• Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.

Your Experience and Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical Production Automobile Metallurgy etc.)
• 4-6 Yrs onwards

Location-Chennai

Minimum Requirements

• Strong Analytical skills. Knowledge on MS Office (excel and PowerPoint).
• Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English
• Excellent communication skills as well as ability to convince others.
• Self -motivated customer-oriented and detail-oriented.
• Strong Negotiation and Influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel
• Maintain 5S of own area
• Participate in team and department meetings
