The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in designing developing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using WebdriverIO Selenium JavaScript Mocha and Chai while leading automation efforts within Agile development environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain robust scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for web applications.
- Lead end-to-end QA automation activities including functional regression integration smoke and end-to-end testing.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts using JavaScript WebdriverIO Selenium WebDriver and related automation tools.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ensure stable execution across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies identify quality risks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Manage test execution defect tracking reporting and troubleshooting using JIRA qTest/qMetry and GitHub.
- Analyze test results investigate failures perform root cause analysis and drive issue resolution.
- Mentor team members promote automation best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in QA Automation Automation Leadership JavaScript WebdriverIO Selenium Jenkins and Agile Methodologies.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software testing best practices.
- Experience with Mocha Chai and other JavaScript automation frameworks.
- Expertise in UI test automation and automation framework development.
- Proficiency with GitHub Jenkins JIRA qTest/qMetry and related QA tools.
- Excellent analytical debugging problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently take ownership of deliverables and drive quality initiatives in distributed team environments.
