Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of Java-based software solutions supporting business needs.
  
• Drive new technology ideas initiatives and policies within the assigned area.
  
• Support and enhance the FS Analytics platform and its technology capabilities.
  
• Execute IT strategy complex technology initiatives and delivery programs.
  
• Analyze multiple sources of information and prepare clear summaries and insights for stakeholders.
  
• Collaborate with technology and business leadership to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  
• Ensure technology capabilities support client demand and business growth.

• Strong experience in Java and software engineering.
  
• Experience in IT strategy technology delivery and complex initiatives.
  
• Strong understanding of the relevant functional/technology domain.
  
• Ability to communicate and present information clearly to technology and business leadership.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Experience working in a financial services / institutional technology environment would be relevant based on the role description.
