Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our IT Services division as a Java Full Stack Developer. This pivotal role demands a candidate with 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience who can architect and deliver robust scalable applications. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between modern frontend frameworks and enterprise-grade backend systems leveraging the latest advancements in AI-driven development tools and cloud-native architectures to drive innovation and efficiency within our engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java alongside modern frontend libraries such as React Angular or .
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence capabilities into business services utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and Large Language Model (LLM) coding assistants to enhance productivity.
- Engineer cloud-native solutions that ensure high availability scalability and security across distributed environments.
- Establish and optimize Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the software delivery lifecycle and facilitate rapid debugging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and high-quality code.
- Leverage JavaScript and TypeScript to build responsive dynamic user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Possess 8 to 12 years of professional experience in software development specifically within the IT Services sector.
- Demonstrate deep expertise in Java programming and full-stack web development methodologies.
- Show proficiency with modern frontend frameworks including React Angular or along with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Have practical experience integrating AI-assisted development tools and LLM-based coding assistants into daily workflows.
- Understand and apply RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) principles for AI service integration.
- Exhibit strong capabilities in cloud-native development strategies and containerization.
- Be adept at building managing and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment processes.
