End-to-End Feature Ownership: Design develop and deploy scalable full-stack web applications by building responsive UIs in and robust secure microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

State & Data Architecture: Architect efficient front-end state management (Redux/Context API) and optimize backend data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA with SQL and NoSQL databases.

Code Quality & Mentorship: Drive engineering excellence by enforcing SOLID principles conducting rigorous peer code reviews and mentoring junior developers to maintain clean maintainable codebases.

Test Automation & Performance Tuning: Improve application reliability and speed through comprehensive testing (JUnit Mockito Jest) and front-end/back-end performance optimization (caching lazy loading query tuning).

Agile & DevOps Integration: Collaborate in Agile environments to translate business requirements into technical tasks while leveraging Docker and CI/CD pipelines for seamless cloud deployments.
