Full Stack Developer Java & Python
We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our technology team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge enterprise applications within a dynamic banking and financial services environment.
In this role you will design develop and maintain scalable high-performance applications using Java Python and Microsoft Azure technologies. You will play a key role in building modern microservices architectures integrating enterprise APIs and delivering secure resilient and cloud-ready solutions that support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java Python
- Deploy manage and support applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Build scalable and resilient microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP APIs with internal and third-party systems
- Work on multi-threaded high-performance and distributed applications
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines automated deployments and release processes
- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices secure coding standards and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including cloud infrastructure QA and business stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology modernization efforts

Requirements
- 7 to 10 years experience in Java development and solid exposure to Python
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud services
- Expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture and API development
- Knowledge of RESTful API Design
- Experience with frontend technologies
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD tools such as Git Jenkins or similar
- Understanding of cloud-native development and containerization technologies is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile collaborative environments
- Experience in the banking or financial services domain is highly desirable
Required Skills:
7 to 10 years in Java development Strong Exposure to Python with 2 years of hands-on Exp. Microsoft Azure services Expertise in Spring Boot microservices architecture and API development Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP web services Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile collaborative environments
