HIRING JAVA CORE BANKING PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER

Role: Java-Based Core Banking Application Product Support Engineer

Location: Bangalore / Mumbai

CTC - 18 LPA

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Java Core Banking Product Support Engineer to support troubleshoot and maintain enterprise banking applications. The role involves production support incident resolution defect analysis RCA deployments and coordination with business technology and vendor teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Java/J2EE-based core banking applications

Troubleshoot Java REST APIs Oracle SQL/PLSQL batch jobs & integrations

Investigate logs database issues interface failures & application errors

Manage incidents problems & changes following ITIL practices

Support deployments patching release validation & smoke testing

Perform RCA and document corrective/preventive actions

Ensure security audit compliance & change-control standards

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

47 years in Application/Production Support or Software Engineering

Strong Java/J2EE development & troubleshooting skills

Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL knowledge

REST/SOAP XML JSON & integration troubleshooting

Experience with Core Banking/Financial Services applications

Batch processing schedulers file & interface support

GOOD TO HAVE

Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar Core Banking platforms

Banking domains: Deposits Payments Loans CIF & Transactions

Git Jenkins Bitbucket Jira ServiceNow & CI/CD

WebLogic/Tomcat and Splunk/ELK/AppDynamics/Dynatrace

Cloud containers & microservices exposure

Experience with mission-critical banking applications
