Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities :
Supervise and mentor team fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Oversee the provisioning modification and deactivation of user accounts and access permissions ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
Incident Management: Manage and resolve incidents promptly in alignment with ITIL best practices.
Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Audit and Compliance: Conduct regular access reviews and quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and other departments ensuring clear and effective communication regarding access management.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
