Position: IT Product Manager Location: Mumbai India Experience Required: 5 10 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Up to 30 Days max Requirements Role Overview We are looking for an experienced IT Product Manager to drive end-to-end product strategy technical roadmap development and feature execution. This role sits at the intersection of business needs user experience and technical feasibility coordinating across engineering design and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Define product vision roadmap and core requirement specifications (PRDs/User Stories). Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feature backlogs using Agile/Scrum frameworks. Translate business goals into scalable software solutions and user-centric workflows. Monitor key product metrics (KPIs) to drive continuous iteration and improvement. Manage cross-functional stakeholder communication across business units and technical delivery teams. Preferred Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience managing IT software products or enterprise applications. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies Jira Confluence and product analytics tools. Proven track record of managing products through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent analytical problem-solving and cross-team communication skills.
