- Perform and document work in Jira and Confluence
- Monitor systems and deployments
- Manage patches and updates
- Contribute to automation and scripting efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and improve processes
- Advanced Linux/Unix skills
- Patch management with Ansible
- Monitoring installation routines using Kibana
- Deployment using self-developed scripts
- Know-how in Puppet Know-how in Git
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good MySQL knowledge
- Experience with creating Certificate Signing Requests (Java)
