Team Overview
The Global Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) Team is responsible for managing end-to-end invoice processing and payment operations across all US and Non-US regions ensuring timely accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payments. The team serves as a key partner to business stakeholders suppliers procurement teams and finance functions to support seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations globally. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Role Overview And Core Responsibilities
Invoice Processing
Process PO and Non-PO invoices in the ERP system (PeoplesoftCoupaKyriba etc.).
Perform 2-way 3-way matching as per company policy.
Ensure invoices are coded to the correct GL account cost center and project code.
Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
Vendor Management
Respond to supplier queries related to invoice status and payments.
Build positive relationships with vendors.
Assist suppliers with invoice submission requirements.
Support vendor reconciliations when required
Reporting & Metrics
Track daily productivity and quality metrics.
Identify opportunities for process improvements.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
Strong Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) and Accounts Payable Process Knowledge (5 years)
Global Shared Services / Finance Operations Experience (5 years)
ERP and Financial Systems Expertise
Compliance Controls and Audit Knowledge
Leadership Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement
Required Knowledge And Experiences
Required Skills
Proficiency in processing PO and Non-PO invoices three-way matching invoice exception handling approval workflows
Hands-on experience with ERP such as Coupa Kyriba & Peoplesoft.
Understanding payment methodologies (ACH Wire Check) payment runs. Ability to investigate payment failures and ensure timely accurate supplier payments.
