Intune Expert

Key Responsibilities: Mobile Device Management (MDM) Intune (Primary Focus): - Configure deploy and manage iOS and Android devices using Microsoft Intune. - Create and maintain compliance policies configuration profiles app protection policies and conditional access. - Manage mobile application deployment updates and lifecycle using Intune and Apple/Google enterprise tools. - Integrate with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Android Enterprise for seamless device provisioning. - Monitor and troubleshoot device enrollment policy application and user access issues. Endpoint Management SCCM & Windows Intune (Secondary): - Support Windows 10/11 device management using Intune and SCCM. - Assist in co-management scenarios between SCCM and Intune. - Deploy and manage Windows updates software packages and compliance baselines. - Maintain SCCM infrastructure including distribution points collections and reporting. Optional/Preferred: - Manage Samsung Knox EFOTA for firmware updates and policy enforcement on Samsung Android devices. - Automate tasks using PowerShell or Graph API for Intune and SCCM. - Collaborate with security teams to ensure endpoint compliance data protection.
