Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Based on the People function selected or assignedEmployee Relations (ER) Learning & Development (L&D) Talent Acquisition (TA) HR Operations or Program Management Office (PMO)the intern will:

  • Partner with relevant People team members and stakeholders to understand business needs priorities and project requirements.
  • Support projects and initiatives specific to the selected functional area.
  • Conduct research benchmarking and analysis to identify relevant industry trends leading practices tools and opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to the design development and implementation of people programs processes frameworks and solutions.
  • Support day-to-day activities and deliverables within the selected function while gaining practical exposure to HR policies processes and practices.
  • Assist with project planning coordination documentation data analysis reporting and stakeholder communications as applicable to the role.
  • Support the rollout of new programs or initiatives gather stakeholder feedback and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other People functions and business teams to understand how different areas of HR work together to support the organization.
  • Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure timely and high-quality execution of projects and activities.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a masters degree program in Human Resources Business Administration Organizational Development or a related field.
  • Strong academic record.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse and global teams.
