Job Description:

At Fluences Global Innovation Center (GIC) were building stronger connections across teams functions and geographies to accelerate innovation and deliver greater impact for our customers.

Were looking for an AI-native Community Builder Story Miner and Content Creator who is excited about uncovering stories connecting people and bringing complex initiatives to life through compelling communications.

This role will support two strategic internal communications initiatives:

• Synergy Circle a community-driven platform focused on cross-functional collaboration and integration.
• The GIC Integration Blog a biweekly storytelling platform that highlights how teams across Fluence are working together to solve challenges improve processes and drive business outcomes.

The intern will work closely with leaders across Engineering Supply Chain Services Enterprise Operations Digital HR Finance and other functions to identify stories create content and sustain engagement across the GIC.

What Youll Do

Community Building & Engagement

• Support the planning and execution of Synergy Circle activities and engagement programs.
• Help foster connections across teams by identifying collaboration stories emerging themes and innovative ideas.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect updates success stories lessons learned and areas where teams seek support from the broader organization.
• Maintain a pipeline of integration stories and community-driven content opportunities.

Story Mining & Editorial Development

• Attend leadership forums community sessions workshops and employee events to identify stories worth amplifying.
• Conduct interviews with employees and leaders across functions.
• Translate complex business initiatives into engaging easy-to-understand narratives.
• Develop story concepts articles spotlight features and community updates.
• Build and manage an editorial calendar for recurring content.

GIC Integration Blog Ownership

• Coordinate and execute Fluence GICs biweekly Integration Blog (within GICs Sharepoint).
• Source story ideas from across the business.
• Draft edit and publish content in partnership with stakeholders.
• Ensure content represents diverse functions perspectives and integration journeys.
• Help establish the blog as an engaging knowledge-sharing platform for employees.

AI-Powered Content Creation

• Use Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to accelerate:
  • Research
  • Story development
  • Article drafting
  • Meeting summaries
  • Blog creation
  • Newsletter content
  • Content analytics
• Experiment with new AI-enabled approaches to internal communications and employee engagement.
• Help identify best practices that improve communication efficiency and effectiveness.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Track content performance and employee engagement metrics.
• Monitor readership of blogs SharePoint stories and communication campaigns.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve future content and community participation.
• Support reporting for communication and engagement initiatives.

Who Were Looking For

Required

• Final-year undergraduate or postgraduate student in one of the below streams or graduated in 2025:
  • Marketing (MBA)
  • Communications
  • Journalism
  • Liberal Arts
  • Business
  • Engineering (with strong communication skills)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable interacting with employees and leaders across different business functions.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude Gemini or similar.
• Experience running newsletters blog student publication podcast LinkedIn page community or content platform.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools especially SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of content analytics and employee engagement.

• Helped establish and grow the Synergy Circle community.
• Published a sustained series of Integration Blog stories.
• Built relationships across multiple functions within the GIC.
• Demonstrated how AI can improve content creation and employee engagement.
• Created meaningful visibility for collaboration innovation and integration efforts across Fluence.
