Youll gain hands-on experience across data strategy and execution developing a founder-like mindset while working on projects that matter.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the founder on cross-functional projects involving data analysis strategic planning and new business initiatives
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover actionable insights that influence key business decisions
- Help define test and refine new ideas through structured experimentation and iteration
- Tackle open-ended undefined problems by breaking them down into clear executable steps
- Support the development of metrics dashboards and reporting frameworks to track progress and impact
Requirements
Requirements:
- Generalist mindset with no strict domain requirements curiosity and adaptability are key
- Strong logical and analytical thinking; ability to deconstruct problems from first principles
- Eagerness to learn data tools (e.g. Excel SQL Python Tableau) prior experience is beneficial but not required
