Interior Project Manager

Position Overview The Interior Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing interior design and fit out projects from initiation to completion. This includes planning execution vendor management client coordination and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan execute and deliver interior fit-out projects as per scope and timeline. Prepare and monitor project schedules (MS Project/Primavera/Excel). Coordinate with designers consultants contractors and vendors. Review BOQ drawings and material specifications. Ensure quality control at all stages of execution. Monitor budget costs and billing. Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings. Manage procurement and vendor negotiations. Ensure compliance with safety and statutory norms. Handle client communications and report progress. Required Skills Strong knowledge of interior works (civil electrical HVAC carpentry false ceiling flooring painting). Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Office MS Project/Primavera. Excellent project planning and execution skills. Strong vendor & client management ability. Knowledge of BOQ preparation estimation and billing. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership & team management skills. Qualifications B.E./ in Civil Engineering / Interior Design or equivalent. 5-10 years of experience in interior project management.
