Position: Integrated Development Environment (IDE) Lead

Location:Vadodara

Experience:10 Years

Work Mode:Hybrid (Work from Client Office)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design development integration and enhancement ofIDE and developer tooling solutions.
• Drive technical solutions that improvedeveloper experience productivity code quality and software delivery efficiency.
• Lead development and customization ofIDE plugins extensions integrations and developer workflows.
• Provide technical leadership acrosscode editing build debugging testing source control and deployment workflows.
• Evaluate and integrate modern IDE capabilities such asintelligent code completion code analysis refactoring debugging and developer automation.
• Work closely withEngineering Architecture DevOps Platform Security and Product teamsto understand developer needs and deliver effective tooling solutions.
• Guide and mentor engineers through technical design development code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Drive engineering standards reusable tooling automation and continuous improvement across development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of overall software engineering experience with strong experience indeveloper tooling IDE platforms or engineering productivity solutions.
• Strong understanding of modernIntegrated Development Environments (IDEs)and software development workflows.
• Experience working with IDE platforms such asIntelliJ IDEA Visual Studio / VS Code Eclipse or similar development environments.
• Experience developing or integratingIDE plugins extensions SDKs APIs or developer tools.
• Strong understanding ofcompilers/build systems debugging code analysis source control testing and development lifecycle tooling.
• Good understanding ofGit CI/CD build automation and modern software engineering practices.
• Proven ability to drive technical design and make architecture decisions for complex developer tooling solutions.
• Strong technical leadership mentoring problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have

• Experience buildingenterprise-scale developer platforms or internal developer tooling.
• Experience withcloud-based development environments and cloud-native developer tooling.
• Exposure toAI-assisted development coding assistants intelligent code completion or GenAI-based developer productivity tools.
• Experience integrating IDEs withCI/CD DevOps security scanning code quality and observability platforms.
• Understanding ofJava APIs Microservices containers and Kubernetes.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise engineering environments includingPayments / FinTech would be an advantage.
