What will you be doing

Give personalized product demonstrations
Manage end to end sales process
Presales customer support
Experience working with a CRM
Make reports/presentations/proposals
Work closely with product development & marketing team
Man the trade show booths

Requirements

Required

Proven SaaS sales experience (4 years)
Excellent communications skills for handling global clients
Strong listening and presentation skills
Negotiation skills
US Visa

Nice to have

Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)

Skills:

Required Qualification: MCA/Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Biotechnology Life Sciences or a related field of Engineering. Job experience: up to 1-2 years of experience in lab-instrument integration with LIMS LIMS software configuration or related experience like: API integrations or 3rd party software integrations. Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows and instrument communication protocols. Experience with scripting languages (Python JavaScript or similar). Good understanding of APIs database management and middleware tools. Excellent written and verbal communication Analytical & problem-solving skills Nice to Have Previous experience working with LIMS or ELN systems. Exposure to regulatory compliance requirements. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) or integration platforms. Experience in client interaction and on-site deployments.
