Job Summary- We are seeking a Data Privacy Consultant to ensure compliance with global data protection and privacy regulations. The consultant will advise on privacy frameworks conduct assessments and implement best practices to safeguard personal data across the organization.

Responsibilities:Strategic Planning & ArchitectureDefine the long-term technical roadmap and architectural vision for core products and system scalability reliability security and high performance across all and select emerging technology stacks tools and frameworks to improve efficiency.2. Team Leadership & MentorshipLead mentor and grow a team of Technical Leads and senior engineering teams through complex technical challenges design reviews and code quality with Engineering Managers to align technical execution with team growth hiring and career development.3. Project Execution & DeliveryOversee end-to-end technical delivery across multiple concurrent high-level technical blockers and resolve architectural risk assessment disaster recovery planning and technical governance.4. Cross-Functional CollaborationAct as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and executive with Product Managers UX and business leaders to translate business requirements into technical Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 12 years in software engineering with at least 45 years in a leadership role managing technical leads or multi-team Expertise: Deep hands-on background in system design cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) microservices and modern programming : Proven ability to lead through influence set engineering standards and manage organizational : Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

Mandatory skill sets:

• Bachelors degree in law Engineering Information Security Computer Science or related field.

• Masters degree in MBA Law Information Security or related field.

• 26 years of experience in data privacy compliance or information security.

• Strong knowledge of GDPR DPDPA CCPA/CPRA and other international privacy laws.

• Strong expertise in technical privacy controls including encryption pseudonymization access management and related security mechanisms.

• Experience in conducting privacy assessments gap analyses and audits.

• Familiarity with data governance risk management and IT security practices.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Certifications such as CIPP/E CIPM CIPT or equivalent are a plus.
