These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a business application consulting generalist at PwC you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support.

.Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Ensure project portfolios and programs align directly with the companys overarching business objectives.
Governance & Standardization: Establish define and enforce project management methodologies templates and best practices across departments.
Performance Tracking: Monitor project health using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Generate dashboards and progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Resource Management: Forecast capacity handle resource allocation and ensure efficient utilization of both human and financial resources across competing projects.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify assess and manage cross-project risks dependencies and issues while developing mitigation strategies.
Coaching & Mentoring: Provide training onboarding and ongoing support for project managers and team leads to elevate project management maturity.
Tool Implementation: Evaluate procure and maintain project portfolio management (PPM) software.
Core Competencies & Skills
Leadership & Influence: Ability to drive consensus and lead without direct authority.
Analytical Skills: Aptitude for interpreting data financial budgets and capacity plans to inform strategic decision-making.
Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate complex technical/project updates into executive summaries.
Methodology Expertise: Deep understanding of frameworks such as Agile Scrum Waterfall PRINCE2 or hybrid methodologies.
Change Management: Helping organizations transition adapt and realize the intended benefits of new processes and technologies
