Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

• Operate and monitor injection moulding machines during production.
• Set machine parameters such as temperature pressure and cycle time as per production requirements.
• Load raw materials and ensure proper machine functioning.
• Monitor the moulding process and maintain consistent product quality.
• Inspect finished products for defects such as flash short shots and dimensional variations.
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when required.
• Assist in mould installation removal and changeover activities.
• Maintain production targets and minimize material wastage.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain cleanliness around the machine.
• Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams to resolve machine-related issues.
• Maintain production records and report machine breakdowns or quality issues to the supervisor.

• ITI Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding machine operations.
• Knowledge of injection moulding processes machine settings and production procedures.
• Ability to identify common moulding defects and take corrective action.
• Understanding of quality inspection and production safety standards.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and meet production targets.
