Key Responsibilities

• Design develop test and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Collaborate with engineering product and design teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle from planning through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Build maintainable secure and scalable applications using modern engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term technical improvements.
• Participate in architecture discussions code reviews and technical planning sessions.
• Communicate effectively with globally distributed teams while maintaining alignment with U.S. business operations.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.
• Contribute ideas that improve engineering processes product quality and customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience working within product-focused technology organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own projects from planning through deployment.
• Startup or high-growth company experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate during overlapping U.S. business hours.
• Strong problem-solving analytical and technical decision-making abilities.
• Experience working within agile software development environments.
• Must currently reside in India and be authorized to work remotely from India.
• Visa sponsorship and relocation are not available.

• Experience working at companies that successfully scaled through early growth stages.
• Background in SaaS FinTech AI/ML cloud platforms or modern distributed systems.
• Previous experience serving as an early engineering hire within a startup.
• Experience building highly scalable cloud-native applications.

HireNow Package

• Compensation: annually (role dependent).
• Alternative Compensation: Select opportunities offer USD $72000$84000 annually depending on the position and employer.
