- Key Responsibilities & Job Content
o Receive and verify maintenance spares and consumables against PO and supporting documents.
o Check material quantity description condition and required documentation during receipt.
o Coordinate with users for material inspection and acceptance wherever required.
o Create GRN in SAP after completing receipt verification.
o Maintain accurate store records and inventory documentation.
o Store maintenance spares and consumables in designated locations with proper identification and traceability.
o Issue materials against approved material requests and ensure proper documentation.
o Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and reconciliation.
o Monitor stock availability and support timely identification of shortages or discrepancies.
o Hold and report damaged incorrect or non-conforming materials to the Store Incharge.
o Maintain proper storage conditions 5S housekeeping and material identification within the stores.
o Support periodic stock counting cycle counting and physical inventory verification.
o Ensure compliance with stores SOPs company procedures safety requirements and applicable ISO requirements.
o Maintain all required records and documents for internal and external audits.

- Monitor and maintain minimum maximum and reorder stock levels for maintenance spares and consumables to ensure timely availability and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Professional Skills Essential
Min 4 years experience with bachelors degree and Postgraduate in any Degree
