Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the end-to-end technical integration of MoEngage for new clients.
- Technical Guidance: Help client developers integrate SDKs and troubleshoot integration issues during the go-live phase.
- Solutioning skills: Work with the marketing teams of clients to understand their business use cases and map them to MoEngage features.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and how they function.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Exposure to mobile app ecosystems (Android/iOS SDKs) is a major plus.
- Hands-on experience or academic exposure to AI-assisted development (e.g. using GitHub Copilot Cursor or ChatGPT) to write debug and optimise full-stack code.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders (like Marketers).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
