Job description:
Contribute to the stability team in debugging Linux Kernel and System level issues for Qualcomm chipsets.
Consolidate and represent teams analysis in core forums
Manage and Guide Junior engineers in the team on the approach for analyzing complex issues
Required skills:
-Excellent debug skills especially in the core kernel software stability domain
-Excellent knowledge of ARM architecture: (v7 v8 v9) architecture Exception models privilege levels (EL0-EL3) MMU / memory translation SMP
-Excellent knowledge of Linux kernel: internals device driver model memory management kernel crash debugging watchdog & hang debugging
-Expert level knowledge of C
-Experience of using debug tools such as JTAG
-Prior experience with Android is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
-Experience of handling a small group of people will be plus.
-Master or bachelors degree in CSE ECE or EE.
