We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager & Technical Product Owner to join the Integrated Manufacturing team and drive the evolution of our manufacturing application landscape.
In this role you will act as Product Owner for a portfolio of manufacturing applications connectivity solutions and digital factory platforms while leading the successful delivery of transformation initiatives across our global manufacturing network.
You will collaborate closely with manufacturing sites process owners engineering teams digital manufacturing specialists vendors and business stakeholders to ensure reliable scalable and value-generating solutions that support Integrated Manufacturing processes worldwide.
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for digital solutions with a focus on applications supporting factory processes:
- concept development
- requirement definition
- supplier selection
- testing and commissioning
- operational support
- Masters degree in computer science or engineering (Automation or Mechatronics engineering)
- Experience in managing software development projects
- Experience with application technical product ownership
- 5 years of working experience as IT engineer application development project manager or in a comparable role
- Strong experience managing a portfolio of integrated applications
- Project management skills in an intercultural working environment
- Strategic thinking skills; act with entrepreneurship; able to balance interests; result-oriented and performance focus
- High level of initiative team-oriented working methods social skills and hands-on mentality
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder environments and complex digital project engagements with a preferred global exposure
- English business fluency
