Role Overview

We are looking for skilled IBS Engineers with hands-on telecom field operations experience to manage maintenance and troubleshooting of small cell and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Preventive & corrective maintenance of Small Cell WiFi UBR L2 Switch & OSP

IBS maintenance: SMPS Battery Electrical Panels Earthing & alarms

Power system checks energy readings & site hygiene

Battery testing SMPS troubleshooting & hardware replacement

Faulty card replacement & coordination with NOC teams

Maintain records & support SAP consumption data

Ensure proper antenna alignment GPS connectivity & LOS

Requirements

2 years in telecom field operations

Knowledge of tools like Jio Track and Tableau

Understanding of SMPS Battery Earthing & Network devices

Basic knowledge of MS Office

Strong troubleshooting and field coordination skills
