Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
Diagnose faults and replace defective HVAC components.
Read and interpret mechanical drawings electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Troubleshoot 415V control circuits and PLC-integrated HVAC systems.
Carry out installation inspection testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and permit-to-work procedures.
Attend emergency breakdowns and support on-call maintenance activities.
Prepare maintenance reports using MS Office.
Requirements
Regular Full-Time Diploma in HVAC from a recognized institute.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in industrial HVAC maintenance.
Experience in Oil & Gas plants or hazardous industrial environments preferred.
Experience with large chillers industrial HVAC controls filtration systems and PLC interfaces.
Strong knowledge of HVAC principles thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
Ability to troubleshoot 415V control circuits.
Good English communication skills.
Must score 70% or above in the written HVAC test to qualify for the interview.
