HR Operations Manager

At Drjob, a leading Public Health organization based in Delhi, India, we are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. As the HR Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our human resources department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee onboarding.

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance with labor regulations.

- Coordinate recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing and hiring new employees.

- Conduct performance management initiatives and provide guidance on employee development.

- Handle employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and address grievances in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.

Requirements & Skills:

- Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

- 2-4 years of proven experience in HR operations is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).

- Experience working in the Public Health sector.
