Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

- Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth and career development.

- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR.
