Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, including resolving issues and managing performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and keep abreast of industry trends.
- Optimize HR processes and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives.
Requirements & Skills:
- 1–7 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
- Proven expertise in HR best practices and labor laws.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
