Job Summary
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the manufacturing plant. Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing interviewing and onboarding for production roles. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and identifies training needs. Address employee grievances and disciplinary actions ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies. Ensure compliance with all national and local labor laws and regulations staying updated on changes.
Requirements
Proven working experience as an HR Manager specifically within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of HR best practices labor laws and industrial relations. Excellent active listening negotiation and presentation skills. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the -depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. Masters degree in HR or a relevant certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) is highly desirable. Fluency in English and Bengali (written and spoken) is essential. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
