About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who can effectively manage Talent Acquisition Payroll HR Operations Statutory Compliance and Employee Lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities excellent stakeholder management skills and a process-driven mindset to ensure smooth and compliant HR operations.
Qualifications and amp; Experience
- Postgraduate in Human Resources Business Administration.
- 23 years of experience in HR Operations Payroll Compliance and Talent Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical and niche hiring requirements.
- Experience working with HRMS platforms (Zoho HRMS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Payroll PF ESIC Professional Tax Gratuity and other statutory compliances.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining high accuracy.
- Self-driven proactive organized and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and amp; Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding across technical and non-technical positions.
- Handle niche and critical hiring requirements while ensuring quality hiring within defined TATs and SLAs.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage employee referral programs and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Conduct reference verification salary benchmarking offer generation negotiations and offer closure.
- Maintain recruitment MIS dashboards hiring metrics and periodic reports for leadership.
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll operations.
- Validate payroll inputs including attendance leave salary revisions incentives reimbursements deductions new joiners exits and Full and amp; Final settlements.
- Review payroll outputs to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Generate payroll MIS reports reconciliations and payroll analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve payroll accuracy efficiency and governance.
Statutory Compliance and amp; Payroll Governance
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements including PF ESIC Professional Tax Gratuity and payroll-related tax regulations.
- Manage end-to-end ESIC administration including employee registration claim processing documentation and employee support.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities consultants and auditors for compliance activities.
- Maintain statutory records and ensure documentation is audit-ready.
- Support internal and external compliance audits and statutory inspections.
HR Operations and amp; Employee Lifecycle
- Support onboarding employee documentation HRMS updates and employee record management.
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including confirmations promotions transfers salary revisions resignations and exit formalities.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate compliant and maintained as per organizational standards.
- Partner with employees and managers to deliver seamless HR support and enhance employee experience.
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Performance Employee Engagement and amp; HR Initiatives
- Support Performance Management System (PMS) activities and annual appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement recognition learning and amp; development and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in facility management and other employee-centric HR activities.
- Prepare HR analytics and reports for departmental reviews and management meetings.
Reporting and amp; Process Excellence
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS dashboards and monthly reports for leadership.
- Maintain HR data for internal and external audits.
- Track HR operational metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Drive standardization automation and continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations.
