About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resource and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment employee lifecycle management payroll coordination office administration and statutory compliance.


Key Responsibilities


Human Resources
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening scheduling interviews and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee induction and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records attendance leave and HRMIS data.
  • Support payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team for timely salary processing.
  • Handle employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management.
  • Manage office supplies stationery and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate travel accommodation courier and housekeeping services.
  • Maintain office assets and inventory records.
  • Liaise with service providers and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Ensure workplace health safety and security standards are maintained.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  • Familiarity with payroll and statutory compliance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRMS/ATS platforms is an added advantage.

Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
